1. About Samyvu
Samyvu Studio is a digital content service operated under the Samyvu brand. For support, billing questions or legal requests, contact samyvu.studio@gmail.com. These terms apply to this website. External platforms have their own terms.
2. Adults only
You must be at least 18 years old, meet any higher applicable age requirement, and be legally permitted to access adult content where you are located. Do not enter if this content is unlawful for you. The entry confirmation and registration checkbox are self-declarations; they are not identity checks or documentary proof of age.
Do not let minors use your account or share adult material with them. We may restrict access where necessary to meet applicable obligations. The service is not directed to children.
3. Virtual content
Samyvu is a fictional adult virtual character. Photographs, illustrations and videos may be digitally created or edited and do not represent real events. Adult content is intended for adults only. Fictional presentation does not permit unlawful content or infringement of third-party rights.
4. Samyvu Free and Samyvu Elite
Samyvu Free offers selected photographs, regular photo drops, teasers and occasional adult-content drops. Publication frequency and selections may vary; no daily publication is guaranteed. Samyvu Elite provides the private collections and benefits described in the current offer. Signature and Duo are content categories within Elite, not separate subscriptions.
Available photo sets, archives, special releases and any videos depend on the current catalog. A membership does not guarantee a particular character pairing, quantity, future release or permanent availability. Telegram Free, Telegram VIP and website Elite are managed separately unless an offer explicitly includes them.
5. Accounts and security
Provide accurate account and payment information. Your Studio username or stated IMVU username does not independently verify ownership of an IMVU account. Keep your password, sessions and recovery links private. Do not share accounts, impersonate others, create accounts to abuse rewards, or bypass access restrictions.
A verified email enables email recovery when automated email is available. Recovery links are temporary and single use. Support may require proportionate evidence of account ownership. We never need your current password by email.
6. VCOIN and digital access
VCOIN is separate from Samyvu Coins. It is an external payment or support method handled through the relevant IMVU service. Review the exact recipient, amount, access period and scope shown before transferring. Samyvu Studio does not receive your external payment password or automatically verify a transfer.
A screenshot supports a request but is not proof that payment has cleared. Access begins after the administrator verifies the actual transfer and approves the request. A pending request does not grant Elite. Requests may be rejected if payment cannot be verified, details do not match, or a reference was already used. Do not pay twice while a request is pending.
The website does not automatically charge or renew VCOIN payments. Renewals require a new verified payment. Platform fees, transfer eligibility and external payment rules are controlled by the provider. Never send payment to someone claiming to be support without checking the recipient displayed on this website.
7. Payment issues and consumer rights
If access does not activate after approval, a digital item is unavailable, or you believe a payment was handled incorrectly, contact samyvu.studio@gmail.com with your Studio username and request reference. Do not include your password. We will review the issue and consider correction, replacement, restoration or a refund where appropriate and required by applicable law.
External transfers may have technical or provider restrictions on reversals. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights, remedies or withdrawal rights where they apply. No blanket waiver of statutory rights is required.
8. Personal use and intellectual property
You receive limited, personal, non-commercial permission to access the content covered by your membership or redemption. No ownership of the character, brand, copyright or other intellectual property is transferred. Rights in content are held by Samyvu or the applicable rights holders; third-party marks remain with their owners.
Do not redistribute, resell, publicly repost, sublicense, share private delivery links, remove ownership notices or make content available to others without permission, except where applicable law expressly allows it. Do not scrape the service or use automated tools to bypass limits. Linking to public pages is permitted when it is not deceptive or unlawful.
9. Samyvu Coins
Samyvu Coins are internal loyalty points. They have no monetary value, cannot be purchased through this feature, are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or VCOIN. They can only be used within Samyvu Studio for the rewards offered.
Daily claims use server time in America/Lima (Peru). One claim is available per calendar day. The standard daily claim is 10 Samyvu Coins. Extra bonuses are 5 on streak day 3, 15 on day 7, 30 on day 14 and 75 on day 30. Each milestone is awarded once per continuous streak. After day 30 the daily claim continues without repeating milestone bonuses. A missed calendar day resets the current streak, but not the longest recorded streak. There is no automatic or retroactive claim.
A verified email and acceptance of the current terms are required to claim or redeem. Server records determine eligibility and balance. Browser settings, a changed clock or repeated requests do not create additional rewards. Administrative corrections may be made for errors or abuse, with a recorded reason. Current balances do not have a scheduled automatic expiry; any future expiry rule or material program change will be communicated before it takes effect, subject to applicable law.
10. Reward redemptions
Each reward displays its Samyvu Coins cost, availability and description. Confirm the cost before redeeming. Each reward can be redeemed once per account. Redemptions are recorded in My account. Content rewards unlock only the selected item or set and do not unlock the entire Elite library.
The selection is intended to complement Elite, not replace the primary membership. Stock can be limited. Any temporary Elite access must be explicitly offered with a duration; it is not included by default. Temporary access starts when redeemed and does not extend a longer existing membership. Once redemption delivers access, ordinary cancellation may not be available, but support will review duplicate charges, technical errors or unavailable items without limiting mandatory rights.
11. External video delivery
Some selected videos or rewards are delivered through MEGA or Google Drive. The content is opened on that provider, which may require its own account, storage or download conditions. Samyvu Studio does not host or transcode these large videos. Shared delivery links are for your personal use and must not be redistributed. Access control on this website does not prevent a recipient from copying an external link; no absolute copy protection is promised.
12. Community features
Voting eligibility depends on the poll and your current access. A vote indicates a preference, not a binding obligation to create or deliver content. Favorites are personal bookmarks and do not grant access. Upcoming dates and countdowns are planned release times; changes may occur.
Supporter rankings use verified VCOIN entries and may be corrected when payments or records are corrected. You can opt in under an alias or as Anonymous, or remain outside the public ranking. A support goal displays verified contributions in its stated period. Reaching a goal does not itself activate a subscription; any promised reward must be described separately.
13. Suspension and service changes
We may restrict accounts or revoke access for fraud, unlawful use, redistribution, security threats or material breaches, and may temporarily pause features for maintenance or safety. Where reasonably possible and appropriate, we will provide an explanation or a route to review through samyvu.studio@gmail.com. Suspension is not a way to avoid mandatory rights.
Catalogs and features may change. We will communicate material changes through the website, account notices or email where appropriate. Paid access already approved and rewards already redeemed will be considered when handling changes. Nothing here guarantees uninterrupted service or limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
14. Updates and related policies
The current version and date appear above. Material revisions requiring renewed agreement will be presented in the account. Continued access remains subject to applicable law. Read the Privacy Policy and 18+ Adult Content Notice. For requests, use Support / Contact.
