Recover your account

Use My account → Forgot password? to request a single-use link to your verified email when automated email is available. Existing members can add and verify an email under Email & recovery. If you cannot use that option, email support with your Studio username. Account ownership must be checked before a recovery code is issued. Never send your current password.

VCOIN and access

Include your Studio username and request reference. You can view your request and upload a payment screenshot securely through My account. Payment screenshots alone do not activate access: the actual transfer is reviewed. Avoid another transfer while your first request is pending.

Rewards and external videos

Include the reward title, approximate redemption time and a description of the problem. Do not post private delivery links publicly. If a MEGA or Drive link is unavailable, mention which reward was affected so its delivery can be checked.

Privacy and content concerns

Use this same contact for data access, correction or deletion requests, an age concern, or a rights/content report. Include only what is necessary to identify the issue. Response times can vary; the website does not promise round-the-clock support.
